Google Docs mobile app has no lock or PIN to protect stored content

Users store private information in Google Docs, but the mobile app has no way to lock it, so anyone who gains access to an unlocked or reinstalled device can open the app and read everything stored inside. Users want an app-level privacy lock similar to what other apps offer.
